Jay Harper is a junior defensive back for UL Monroe from Valley, Alabama. He began his college career at Wisconsin in 2024 as a redshirt freshman. Harper transferred to the Warhawks and appeared in eight games during the 2025 season with one start, recording two tackles against Northwestern on October 4 and one tackle in his starting debut versus Old Dominion on November 1.
