Bio

CJ Phillip is a running back from Des Moines, Iowa, who played at Southeast Polk High School before beginning his college career at Iowa Central CC. In 2024 as a freshman, he made six appearances and recorded 10 tackles with 1.0 tackle for loss and two pass breakups. During the 2025 redshirt freshman season, Phillip saw action in 11 games, rushing 61 times for 429 yards and seven touchdowns while catching eight passes for 99 yards and one touchdown. He posted 101 yards at Ellsworth CC and finished the season with 125 yards and three touchdowns against Snow College. Phillip enters his junior year with UL Monroe.
