Background & career
Tyson Ford is a 6'4", 321-pound defensive tackle from St. Louis, Mo., who attended John Burroughs School. A four-star recruit in the 2022 class, Ford played at Notre Dame from 2023 to 2024 before transferring to California for the 2025 season. Across his college career, he has appeared in nine combined games at Cal and Notre Dame, recording four tackles. During his lone season at California in 2025, Ford entered seven games and made three tackles, including one each against Virginia Tech, Louisville, and Stanford. Ford, a redshirt junior transfer, now plays for UCLA.
