Scott Taylor is a sophomore weakside linebacker at UCLA who stands 6'4" and weighs 241 pounds. A native of Los Angeles, he attended Loyola High School, where he earned All-CIF Southern Section Division 3 honors and All-Mission League First Team recognition as a senior in 2024. In his true freshman season in 2025, Taylor appeared in all 12 games and compiled 12 total tackles with one forced fumble and one blocked kick. He recorded three tackles and forced a fumble in UCLA's 42-37 victory over Penn State on October 4, made three solo tackles against Maryland on October 18, and blocked a field goal in the season finale at USC on November 29.
