Halakilangi Muagututi'a is a long snapper from Laie, Hawaii, who prepped at Kahuku High & Intermediate High School. A three-star recruit, he was ranked No. 38 in Hawaii and No. 1 long snapper nationally by recruiting services, and also earned the top long snapper ranking in his class from Rubio Long Snapping. Muagututi'a participated in the 2025 Polynesian Bowl and played multiple positions including linebacker, quarterback, tight end, wide receiver, and safety. He also competed in basketball and track and field. At UCLA, he did not see game action during his true freshman season in 2025 and is a returning reserve snapper.
