Zack Palmer is a 6'0", 190-pound wide receiver from Orlando, FL, who attended Boone High School where he was a two-year varsity contributor. As a junior in 2023, he caught four passes for 74 yards and one touchdown. During his senior season, Palmer recorded 21 receptions for 376 yards and five touchdowns, while also scoring on a 22-yard rushing play. He joined UCF as a redshirt freshman in 2025 and appeared in one game against North Carolina A&T on September 6, primarily seeing time with the scout team. Palmer's father, Mike Palmer, played linebacker for the Knights from 1995-98.
