Rukeem Stroud is a left cornerback for UCF standing 5'11" and weighing 165 pounds. The Plant City, Florida native played cornerback at Tampa Bay Tech, where he earned three-star recognition from recruiting services. During his junior year, he logged 18 tackles across 12 games with two tackles for loss and 17 pass breakups. As a senior, he recorded 16 tackles and 11 pass breakups while also adding an interception and blocked field goal. In 2025, his redshirt freshman season, Stroud appeared in three games: against N.C. A&T on September 6, West Virginia on October 18, and at No. 11 BYU on November 29.
