Rashad Henry is a 6'2", 220-pound walk-on linebacker from Miami, FL who attended St. Thomas Aquinas. At the prep level, he recorded 74 tackles including 43 solo across 13 games during his senior year, adding three tackles for loss and a sack as St. Thomas Aquinas went 14-0 and won the FHSAA 3M state championship in 2022. Henry spent three seasons at Massachusetts, redshirting as a freshman in 2023 before appearing in five games as a redshirt freshman in 2024. In 2025, he suited up for all 12 UMass contests and earned four starts at outside linebacker, accumulating 67 tackles with 21 solo and three for loss. He now transfers to UCF as a redshirt junior.
