Phil Picciotti is a 6'3", 230-pound linebacker from Perkasie, PA who attended IMG Academy in Florida for his senior year. A three-star recruit in the 2023 class, he committed to Oklahoma where he redshirted in 2023 and missed 2024 due to injury. At Pennridge High School, Picciotti recorded 144 tackles and 19 for loss as a junior in 2021, adding 250 rushing yards and four touchdowns. He transferred to IMG Academy for his final year and tallied 63 tackles while helping the team to an 8-1 record. Now at UCF as a redshirt junior, Picciotti appeared in the final six games of the 2025 season primarily on special teams and earned 2025 Big 12 All-Academic honors.
