Matthew Prigmore is an offensive lineman for the UCF Knights. The 6'3", 315-pound redshirt junior from Weston, Florida, played center and left guard during a three-year varsity career at Cypress Bay High School, where he served as team captain in 2022. In high school, Prigmore earned Miami Herald 2nd Team All-County honors, Sun Sentinel All-County Honorable Mention, and was named Broward County Offensive Player of the Year in 2023. He redshirted his freshman year in 2023 and spent his redshirt freshman season on the scout team in 2024 without appearing in games. In 2025, Prigmore saw action in one game, making his collegiate debut against North Carolina A&T on September 6.
