Jailen Duffie is a left cornerback from Waukegan, Illinois, who graduated from Warren Township High School in 2023 as a three-year starter. He earned First Team All-State honors as a junior and senior, recording four interceptions and three pass breakups during his final year. Duffie played in one game as a freshman at North Dakota State in 2023 and utilized his redshirt. In 2024, he appeared in 12 games with eight starts, tallying 26 total tackles including 18 solo stops and one tackle for loss. During his 2025 redshirt sophomore season, he started 12 of 13 games, recording 15 tackles with 12 solo, and earned All-MVFC Second Team honors. Duffie is now a transfer at UCF.
