Grayson Brousseau is a 6'5", 245-pound tight end from Lehi, Utah, who played for coach Ed Larson at Lehi High School. A four-year starter with 92 receptions for 1,151 yards and 11 touchdowns in his prep career, he earned Utah Class 6A second-team all-state honors as a senior with 46 receptions for 612 yards and eight touchdowns. Brousseau initially joined Oklahoma State, where he appeared in all 12 games in 2025 as a redshirt freshman with two starts, including against UCF on November 22. He caught seven passes for 45 yards, including a 25-yard reception against Kansas State on November 15. He is now a transfer at UCF.
