Anthony Coaxum is a 6'4", 270-pound defensive end from Fort Lauderdale, FL, who attended Western High School. As a high school defensive end, he recorded 15 tackles, five tackles for loss, and two sacks. Coaxum played college football at Carson-Newman, Kentucky Christian, and West Virginia Wesleyan before joining UCF as a walk-on. During his final season at Wesleyan, he appeared in six games with six solo tackles, one quarterback hurry, and five tackle assists. He returns to the Knights as a redshirt senior in 2025.
