John Bock II is a center from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, who attended Cardinal Gibbons High School before playing at Florida International University. At FIU, Bock appeared in all 12 games as a true freshman in 2022, recording 11 starts across multiple offensive line positions. He was named to the 2022 Conference USA All-Freshman Team. In 2023, he made seven starts at both center and guard and earned preseason honors from both Phil Steele (Third Team All-CUSA) and Athlon Sports (Fourth Team All-CUSA). Limited to three games in 2024, Bock transferred to Tulane in spring 2025. He was selected as a Preseason Third Team All-AAC selection by Athlon Sports heading into 2025.
