Gerrod Henderson is a 6'2", 246-pound defensive end from Spring, Texas, who received a three-star rating prior to joining Tulane. He appeared in the Alcorn State game in 2022 and saw no field time in 2023. During the 2024 season, Henderson played in all 14 games with two starts, recording 22 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, and three sacks while forcing a fumble. He earned AAC Defensive Player of the Week honors on September 30, 2024. In 2025, he posted 18 total tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, and 0.5 sacks across the season. Henderson returns for his redshirt senior year in 2026.
