Brooks Moore is a punter for the Tulane Green Wave. A native of Adel, Georgia, Moore attended Cook High School, where he kicked for the program and also competed in baseball as a right-handed pitcher and outfielder. He was ranked as the No. 11 punter nationally in the 2026 class by recruiting services and received a three-star designation. At Kohl's Camp, Moore earned a five-star rating and recorded hang times exceeding 4.6 seconds with punts consistently in the 42.9-yard range. Moore is a true freshman in 2026.
