Luke Petit is a 6'3", 299-pound offensive lineman from Akron, Ohio, who graduated from Archbishop Hoban HS in 2021. At Furman, he redshirted in 2021 before suffering a knee injury that caused him to miss the entire 2022 season. He returned in 2023 as a redshirt freshman, earning the starting job at left guard and appearing in six games with 331 snaps before sustaining a season-ending injury against Samford. In 2024, Petit completed his recovery and started all 11 games across left guard, center, and left tackle positions, logging 735 snaps and earning second-team All-SoCon honors. He transferred to Troy as a senior in 2026.
