Langston Long is a 6'3", 225-pound weak-side linebacker from Woodbridge, Virginia, who attended Christ School before playing at Virginia and South Florida. At Virginia, he recorded 44 tackles in 2022, including 13 stops against Illinois, and started the 2023 season at strong safety before a foot injury ended his campaign. He appeared in eight games for South Florida in 2024 with one tackle and one tackle for loss. Long transferred to Toledo for the 2025 season, appearing in 12 games with four starts. He compiled 35 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, one forced fumble, and was credited with a safety against Kentucky.
