Zina Umeozulu is a 6'5", 265-pound defensive end from Allen, Texas, where he earned first-team All-District 5-6A honors in both 2022 and 2023. A four-star recruit in the 2024 class, Umeozulu redshirted his freshman year and appeared in one game against ULM without recording statistics. In 2025 as a redshirt sophomore, he appeared in 12 games and totaled 13 tackles, including 4 solo tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, and 1 quarterback hurry. He recorded a sack for nine yards against Michigan in the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl on December 31.
