Kobe Black is a 6'2", 200-pound right cornerback from Waco, Texas, who attended Connally High School. A five-star recruit ranked 34th nationally in the 2024 class, Black made his collegiate debut in the season opener against Colorado State and appeared in all 16 games as a freshman. In 2025, his sophomore year, he made his first career start in the secondary at Florida on October 4. Black recorded 13 solo tackles and 15 total tackles, along with one interception. He saw action in games against Ohio State, San Jose State, UTEP, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Arkansas, Texas A&M, and Michigan during the season.
