Jalen Jones is a wide receiver from Birmingham, Alabama who attended Ramsay High School before playing three seasons at Alabama State. As a sophomore in 2025, Jones caught 51 passes for 1,167 yards and nine touchdowns, earning first-team All-SWAC honors and second-team All-America recognition from both the AFCA and Associated Press. He ranked fourth in the FCS in receiving yards and led his conference in that category along with receiving touchdowns and yards per game at 97.3. Jones averaged 22.9 yards per catch and recorded five 100-yard receiving games during the season. He transfers to Texas Tech with two years of eligibility remaining. From Ramsay · Birmingham, AL.
