Evan Jacobson is a true freshman tight end at Texas A&M standing 6'5" and weighing 217 pounds. From Waukee, Iowa, Jacobson lettered three years at Waukee High School under head coach Gabe Baker and earned four-star recognition from recruiting services. He ranked as the No. 12 tight end nationally by recruiting services and the No. 1 prospect in Iowa according to the same outlet. During his prep career, Jacobson caught 48 receptions for 636 yards and eight touchdowns while earning two-time first team all-district and second team all-state honors as a junior.
