Daymion Sanford is a 6'2", 230-pound senior linebacker for Texas A&M and a returning team captain. A four-star recruit from Paetow High School in Katy, Texas, he lettered three seasons there and helped the Panthers to a 28-8 record, including a UIL Class 5A Division I state championship as a junior. Through 39 career games with 13 starts, Sanford has tallied 94 tackles, 13.0 TFLs, 4.5 sacks, one interception, six pass breakups, and four QB pressures. In 2025, he appeared in all 13 games with 10 starts, posting 57 tackles, 9.5 TFLs, 3.5 sacks, one interception returned 10 yards, and three QB pressures across 707 snaps.
