Mike Bethea II is a defensive lineman for the Tennessee Volunteers entering his third season in 2026 as a redshirt senior. The 6'1", 221-pound native of Destin, Florida joined Tennessee as a walk-on from Maryville College, where he earned All-CSS Second Team honors as a sophomore in 2023 with 21 tackles, four tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks across 10 games. After redshirting in 2024, Bethea appeared in 10 games during the 2025 season, primarily on kickoff coverage, posting three total tackles including a solo tackle against ETSU and assisted tackles in SEC matchups versus Arkansas and Georgia. He has played in 12 career games at the FBS level.
