Jeremiah Telander is a 6'2", 235-pound middle linebacker for the Tennessee Volunteers entering his fourth season in 2026. A native of Gainesville, Georgia, he arrived in Knoxville in December 2022 and participated in the Orange Bowl before his first spring practice in 2023. During his freshman year, he appeared in all 13 games and recorded 35 tackles and 2.5 tackles for loss. In 2024, he started the final eight games and posted 43 total tackles with three fumble recoveries. This past season as a junior, Telander started all 13 games and led the team with 80 total tackles, including 28 solo, along with six tackles for loss and one interception. He has started 21 consecutive games entering 2026 and was selected to the SEC Football Leadership Council.
