Markis Deal is a 6'5", 325-pound nose tackle for TCU out of El Paso, Texas. A four-star recruit in the 2023 class, Deal redshirted that season while appearing in four games. In 2024 as a redshirt freshman, he played in 11 games with seven starts, recording 21 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, and 1.0 sack. Deal appeared in all 13 games in 2025, starting every contest at defensive tackle. He accumulated 26 tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, and 1.0 sack while adding two pass deflections. Deal earned 2023-24 Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team honors.
