Kalen Carroll is a 6'1", 185-pound left cornerback who transferred to TCU from Central Michigan. A December 2021 graduate of Center Grove High School in Greenwood, Indiana, Carroll was a consensus three-star recruit ranked among the nation's top 100 defensive back prospects. At Central Michigan in 2025, he started all 13 games and recorded 31 solo tackles, two interceptions, seven pass breakups, and 2.0 tackles for loss. He earned First Team All-MAC honors and finished ranked fourth on the team in total tackles. Carroll previously played two seasons at Cincinnati, starting 10 games in 2024 and four games in 2023 after redshirting as a true freshman in 2022.
