Julius Simms is a safety from Whitehouse, Texas who received three stars as a recruit and ranked 1,209 nationally in the 2025 class. In high school, he earned two first-team all-district selections and recorded 56 tackles with three for loss, a sack, and an interception as a junior. During his freshman season at TCU in 2025, Simms appeared in 12 games, recording 12 total tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, one sack, and one interception. He posted season highs of four tackles against Kansas State and contributed two tackles and a sack in the Cincinnati game.
