Jeremy Payne is a running back for TCU who hails from Missouri City, Texas, where he attended Hightower High School as a four-star recruit. In his freshman season (2024), he appeared in all 13 games and rushed for 239 yards with three touchdowns while adding 12 receptions. During his sophomore campaign (2025), Payne started in four contests and carried the ball 110 times for 623 yards and five scores. He also caught 22 passes for 207 yards and two touchdowns, including a pivotal 35-yard reception in overtime against USC in the Alamo Bowl. Against Cincinnati, he recorded 174 rushing yards and two scores on 26 carries.
