Umari Hatcher is a 6'3" wide receiver from Woodbridge, Virginia who attended Freedom High School. A three-star recruit in the 2021 class, he made his collegiate debut in 2021 and redshirted. Over his first three seasons of competition, he appeared in 26 games and accumulated 52 catches for 797 yards and seven touchdowns. In 2023, his redshirt sophomore year, he recorded 32 receptions for 482 yards and three scores across 11 starts. During the 2024 season, he appeared in 11 games with six starts, posting 17 catches for 273 yards and three touchdowns before suffering an injury. Hatcher saw limited action in one game in 2025.
