Tyshawn Russell is a 5'11", 195-pound wide receiver from Harrisburg, PA who transferred to Syracuse in December 2024 after two seasons at South Carolina. As a freshman in 2023, he appeared in 10 games and recorded five catches for 81 yards and one touchdown, including a 50-yard reception against Furman on his collegiate debut. He redshirted in 2024. In 2025, Russell appeared in three games before an injury ended his season.
