Matthew Hawn is a center from Syracuse, NY, who attended Christian Brothers Academy, where he was a three-star recruit and earned First Team All-Central New York and Second Team All-State honors in 2023. As a senior, he did not allow a sack and served as team captain in 2024. Hawn redshirted during the 2025 season but made one appearance, starting against Miami on November 8. He is majoring in Mechanical Engineering and returns to the Syracuse Orange roster.
