Blaise Thomassie is a 6'6", 290-pound offensive lineman for Stanford. The true freshman from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, attended Baton Rouge Catholic High School under head coach Hudson Fuller. A consensus three-star recruit, Thomassie ranked as the top offensive lineman and No. 14 overall prospect in Louisiana per national outlets, which also listed him as the No. 24 offensive lineman nationally. During three years of varsity football, he played in nearly 40 consecutive games and earned First Team All-State (2024), two First Team All-District 4-5A selections (2023-24), and First Team All-Metro (2024) honors. He helped lead two District 4-5A championship teams (2023-24) and Louisiana's 2023 state champions. Thomassie was a two-sport athlete, lettering in football and basketball.
