Ramon Pernas is a 6'3", 237-pound defensive lineman from Tomball, Texas, currently a returning redshirt sophomore at Southern Miss. He prepped at Tomball HS, where he earned First Team All-District 15-6A honors after recording 73 tackles, 9.0 tackles for loss, and 8.0 sacks as a senior. After redshirting during his 2024 freshman season at North Texas, Pernas played eight games at Navarro College in 2025, accumulating 37 total tackles (14 solo), five sacks for 42 yards, 3.5 tackles for loss for 19 yards, one forced fumble, one recovery, and one blocked kick.
