Kobi Albert is a 5'11", 175-pound nickelback from Birmingham, Alabama, who prepped at Fairfield High Preparatory School. A four-star prospect in the 2022 recruiting class, he initially committed to Connecticut, where he appeared in two games during the 2025 season without registering statistics. Albert saw action in 10 games as a freshman for the Wildcats in 2022, recording three solo tackles and 1.0 tackle for loss. He subsequently transferred to Southern Miss, where he has returned for the 2026 season.
