Broderick Roman is an offensive lineman from Lansing, Michigan, who attended Okemos High School before playing at Eastern Michigan. At Eastern Michigan from 2019 to 2024, he appeared in five games in 2020, played in six games with two starts in 2023, and earned 2024 Preseason Athlon Sports All-MAC Fourth Team Offense honors. Roman transferred to Southern Mississippi as a redshirt junior. In 2025, he started all 13 games, the first 10 at center and the final three at right guard, helping Southern Miss rank first in passing offense and fifth in total offense within the Sun Belt while contributing to a team-wide offensive improvement of over 120 yards per game compared to the previous season.
