Ryan Jenkins is a defensive tackle for South Florida at 6'4" and 275 pounds, hailing from Albany, Georgia, where he attended Westover High School. A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, Jenkins recorded eight total tackles and 1.0 tackles for loss across six games as a true freshman in 2024. In 2025, he appeared in all 13 games and posted 13 tackles with 0.5 tackles for loss, including a season-high four tackles against Rice on 11/29. Jenkins earned USF Athletics Honor Roll recognition in fall 2025 and spring 2025.
