Michael Williams II is a defensive end for South Florida at 6'3" and 260 pounds from Farmington Hills, Michigan. A three-star recruit in the 2022 class ranked 464 nationally, Williams has appeared in all three seasons since arriving on campus. In 2023, he recorded 13 tackles across 13 games with 3.5 tackles for loss and one sack. He expanded his role in 2024, appearing in all 13 games with three starts while accumulating 30 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, and two sacks. In 2025, Williams missed the first half of the season due to injury but played in six games, starting the final two contests, recording 19 tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, and a sack. He posted a season-high seven tackles and a sack in the Cure Bowl against Old Dominion on December 17.
