Luke Goater is a punter for South Florida who was born January 12, 2000, in Melbourne, Australia. He trained at ProKick Australia before joining the Bulls. During the 2025 season, Goater appeared in three games and recorded nine punts for 326 yards at a 36.2 average, including one touchback and two fair catches inside the 20-yard line. His longest punt measured 46 yards. Prior to college, Goater competed in Australian Rules Football across multiple clubs, including the Sunbury Lions, Calder Cannons, Footscray VFL, and Deer Park Football Club. He earned USF Athletics Honor Roll recognition in fall 2025 and is rated a three-star prospect.
