Gabe Legrand is a 6'3" wide receiver from Lake Wales, Florida, who plays for the South Florida Bulls. At Lake Wales High School, he accumulated more than 1,500 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns across his career. During his senior season, he caught 34 passes for 557 yards and nine touchdowns, while as a sophomore he had 27 receptions for 498 yards and four touchdowns. Legrand also competed in basketball and track and field, earning high school team MVP honors. A three-star recruit with a composite rating of .8400, he received offers from multiple programs before joining USF as a true freshman.
