Caleb Harris is a right tackle from Miami, FL who attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School. At the prep level, Harris started at left tackle and helped lead St. Thomas Aquinas to a state championship as a junior in 2023. As a senior, he was part of a team that posted a 10-3 record, won the 5A District 15 championship, and reached the state semifinals with eight victories by 20-plus points. Harris also competed in track and field, qualifying for districts in the shot put as a sophomore with a 44-11 mark and posting a 45-3 throw as a junior. A three-star recruit with a composite rating of 86, Harris chose South Florida from 20 offers. In 2025, he appeared in two games during a redshirt season and earned USF Athletics Honor Roll recognition in the fall.
