Arkese Parks is a 6'2" wide receiver from Tampa, Florida, who attended Robinson High School. A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, Parks was an all-purpose player in high school, earning team offensive MVP honors as a sophomore in 2021 with 570 rushing yards on 68 carries and seven touchdowns, along with 13 receptions for 165 yards and two touchdowns. As a junior in 2022, he shifted to wide receiver and recorded 33 catches for 636 yards and nine touchdowns. Parks redshirted during his first year at South Florida in 2024. He did not see action in 2025 and is currently a redshirt sophomore returning to the program.
