Arkese Parks is a 6'2" wide receiver from Tampa, Florida, who attended Robinson High School. A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, Parks was an all-purpose player in high school, earning team offensive MVP honors as a sophomore in 2021 with 570 rushing yards on 68 carries and seven touchdowns, along with 13 receptions for 165 yards and two touchdowns. As a junior in 2022, he shifted to wide receiver and recorded 33 catches for 636 yards and nine touchdowns. Parks redshirted during his first year at South Florida in 2024.
