Upton Bellenfant is a placekicker from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who graduated from Stewarts Creek High School. He began his college career at Alabama in 2022 as a redshirt freshman before transferring to Buffalo, where he appeared in 18 games over two seasons. In 2024 as a redshirt sophomore, Bellenfant made 18 field goals on 21 attempts and 31 extra points on 31 attempts for the Bulls, earning All-MAC third-team honors. He ranked 24th nationally in field goal percentage at 85.7 percent and made a 52-yard field goal in the Bahamas Bowl. Bellenfant transferred to Texas Tech in spring 2025 and appeared in seven contests for the Big 12 Champions, going 6-for-6 on field goal attempts and 14-for-16 on extra points for 32 total points.
