Mason Love is a punter from Park Hill South High School in Kansas City, Missouri. As a redshirt freshman in 2025, Love averaged 45.1 yards per punt across 53 attempts, ranking second nationally among freshman punters. He placed 16 punts inside the 20-yard line with four touchbacks and recorded a long of 61 yards against Texas A&M. Love earned Freshman All-SEC honors and was named to the Ray Guy Award's "Ray's 8" for performances against LSU and Alabama. He missed his only field goal attempt, a 53-yarder versus Vanderbilt, and served as holder on extra points. Love was selected to the CSC Academic All-District team and SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
