Cedric Cisse is a 6'0", 193-pound defensive back from Sumter, South Carolina, who joined South Carolina as a walk-on in the summer of 2025. At Lakewood High School, he played wide receiver and defensive back as a senior, recording 32 tackles, four interceptions, and three passes defended. He participated in the 77th annual Touchstone Energy Bowl for the South team. During his freshman year, Cisse worked with the scout team and appeared in one contest against Coastal Carolina, earning a share of the coaches' Defense Scout Team Award. He redshirted in 2025 and is returning as a redshirt freshman.
