Kenton Jerido is a redshirt senior right guard for South Alabama, standing 6'3" and weighing 340 pounds. A three-star recruit from Tuscaloosa's Northridge High School, he did not play during his freshman year in 2022. He appeared in seven games as a redshirt freshman in 2023, making one start in the 68 Ventures Bowl Championship versus Eastern Michigan. In 2024, Jerido started all 13 games and helped the Jaguars rush for 32 touchdowns while allowing just 17 sacks, third-best in the Sun Belt Conference. During the 2025 season, he appeared in all 12 games and started five of the final six, earning All-Sun Belt Conference Third Team honors. He played all five offensive line positions and contributed to South Alabama's top-20 rushing offense, which averaged 199.8 yards per game.
