Brendan Jenkins is a senior wide receiver for South Alabama who transferred from Samford. At the FCS level, he appeared in 16 games across two seasons with the Bulldogs, earning 2023 SoCon Freshman of the Year honors after posting 40 receptions, 304 yards and four touchdowns. He finished at Samford with 61 receptions, 566 yards and six touchdowns. In his 2025 junior season with the Jaguars, Jenkins appeared in nine of 12 games and made four starts. He caught nine passes for 117 yards and one touchdown, with a long reception of 30 yards. Jenkins prepped at Mill Creek High School in Hoschton, Georgia, where he caught 37 passes for 408 yards and six touchdowns as a senior.
