Nick Reed is a placekicker for the SMU Mustangs who stands 5'7" and weighs 180 pounds. The Harrison, New York native previously played at the University of New Hampshire and University of Buffalo. In 2025 at New Hampshire, Reed appeared in 13 games, made 25 of 32 field goals, and recorded a career-long 55-yard field goal. He averaged 62.3 yards on kickoffs and earned FCS All-America honors from multiple publications. During his 2024 redshirt freshman season at Buffalo, he started the first two games and made all three extra point attempts.
