Mitchell Jones is an offensive lineman for San José State, standing 6'3" and weighing 310 pounds. The sophomore from Fullerton, California, attended El Dorado High School, where he earned three letters over four seasons and served as captain his senior year. He was named All-League three times and selected to the OC All-Star Team. Jones transferred to SJSU after one season at Santa Ana College, where he appeared in four games and recorded one tackle. He maintains Honor Roll status and is returning to compete for the Spartans in 2026.
