Will Cianfrini is a 6'4" wide receiver for San Diego State entering his redshirt sophomore season. Originally from Galveston, Texas, he spent two years at Ball High School before playing his senior season at Carlsbad High in California, where he recorded 24 receptions for 425 yards and five touchdowns. Cianfrini redshirted during his 2024 freshman year and appeared in nine games in 2025, making his collegiate debut against Colorado State on October 3 and his first start at Fresno State on October 25. He finished the season with five receptions for 40 yards, including a career-best three catches for 30 yards in the New Mexico Bowl against No. 25 North Texas.
